Lost Ark - T2-T3 Gem/Gearing Help

So I've taken my time to improve my character. I'm about to get my main level at 1080, with my alts just a bit from them. Have had lots of fun with this tier, particularly when I've got my engravings and am discovering the power of gems.  I purchased level 7-8 gems from every alt I have with every gold that I've earned thus far and still have some. I've recently discovered that they're not really relevant after T3 (50 reduction in).
